Partner with the business and HR Business Partners in support of business and HR priorities.
Assists with assessing, diagnosing, and coaching managers and employees through basic ER issues.
Builds relationships with other HR teams (such as talent management, talent acquisition, rewards, HR advisory and HRSS).
Assists with HR project management and employee level execution for transformation projects and organizational changes.
Carries out HR programs for U.S.
Completes Performance and Rewards program for the organization.
Provides support for integrations as needed.
Lead and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues to assist employees and managers in crafting a productive, engaging work environment. Where required, lead and complete investigations into employee concerns.
Assess employee performance challenges or development needs, recommend solutions, and mentor managers on efficiency.
Communicate and mentor managers in team effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development.
Collaborate with the business and serve as key lead on reporting, analysis and insights as key HR programs are implemented, such as our pay and performance review process and employee engagement survey.
Support transformation projects and organizational changes with data analysis, project management and execution of implementation plans with leaders and employees.
Deliver thorough data analysis and reporting solutions to guide decision-making.
Guide on-boarding and off-boarding; identify strategic workforce trends.
Professional certification in HR preferred (PHR, SPHR).
5+ years HR generalist experience preferred.
Bachelors degree in HR or related business field preferred.
Wide-ranging HR background required– demonstrable experience leading sophisticated situations, creative problem-solving and strong influencing skills in a matrixed environment. Must have outstanding judgement and discretion.
Strong employee relations experience with issues specific to performance management and leaves of absence.
Mentoring and counseling at manager and employee level experience required.
Experience conducting workplace investigations, demonstrating effective listening, probing and investigatory skills with the ability to synthesize data, identify root problems/causes, and recommend actions to resolution in partnership with Legal.
Proven track record of building positive relationships, based on trust and credibility, both within the Business and HR.
Ability to lead and make decisions independently is expected.
Experience supporting multiple organizations and HR partners preferred
Ability to meet deadlines, run shifting priorities with a sense of urgency and ability to work under tight deadlines is needed.
Project management skills and superior organization skills required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
User level knowledge of HR Systems is essential – Workday experience a plus
Facilitation skills desired.
