Job Summary: As an experienced Growth Marketer, you’ll join our fast-moving Digital Marketing Team and focus on accelerating our customers as they move from awareness and research to adoption, growth, loyalty, and advocacy. You’ll partner with colleagues working on outreach, SEO, social, demand gen and advertising to accelerate the users they attract from first touch onwards. In order to succeed in this role you’ll pair an obsession with marketing tech (tools!) and analytics with an equal passion for customer growth (revenue!).
Use creative problem solving skills to look critically at the entire customer journey and find areas of opportunity — from proactive chats and nurture campaigns, to error messages in the product and the content of our monthly invoices.
Run A/B tests and cohort analyses, helping us inform our marketing, business and product decisions with data.
This is a role that touches a lot of areas. As such you’ll work with a cross-functional group that includes demand gen, web design, brand experience, product marketing, developer relations, customer success, sales, engineering and product.
Defining an A/B testing framework or refining integrations with Clearbit, Intercom, Segment, Salesforce, Hull and other key marketing infrastructure.
Partner with the UX team to refine our signup and onboarding experience, helping to drive more valuable conversations and accelerate adoption.
The ideal candidate will be a digital marketing expert with a revenue-first mindset and a track record that includes both B2B and B2C experience.
Strong technical capabilities are a must, and a background (or strong interest) in cloud computing will go a long way to helping you understand our ideal users.
We need a driven technical marketer who enjoys integrating systems, leveraging data, and accelerating revenue.
The ideal candidate has a software-first mindset, loves solving problems, and doesn’t shy away from a challenge.
We expect that you’re super comfortable leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Heap, Hotjar, Fullstory, Clearbit, Intercom, Salesforce and others to look for patterns that can accelerate and optimize the customer journey.
Experience in analytics and using data to develop storytelling, cohort analysis, full funnel analysis, reporting.
Curiosity is a huge plus. We’re looking for a candidate that thrives in taking advantage of new approaches, tools and channels to drive results.
Finally, a background that includes relevant customer facing experience (sales, customer success, solutions engineering) would be a really valuable foundation for this role.
Experience with cloud consumption models and a background in the cloud computing space preferred.
Experience in a fast-growing SaaS company that focused on product-led growth preferred.
Experience with AWS Redshift or Google BigQuery and data visualization tools like Tableau preferred.
