Job Summary: We are looking for a GRC Process Engineer in Security Risk and Compliance team. Partnership with the Information Security team and various cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of technical projects aligning to the requirements both business and Information Technology (IT) stakeholders and meeting their tactical and strategic objectives of GRC platform, including the SDLC processes, release management, and issue handling.
Design and build processes to optimize GRC on a global scale
Drive requirements, use cases, and prioritize project work to support time and cost constraints
Demonstrate an ability to analyze complex requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and come up with simple actionable user stories
Develop functional designs for specific functional areas covering major enhancements or new projects
Perform functional testing of the technology platform to ensure that engineered processes meet the requirements of all involved project stakeholders and satisfy business need.
Help guide business stakeholders to productize their use cases and build requirements that effectively communicate their business need for IT
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure new functional and technological capabilities can integrate to effectively scale workflows supporting a rapidly advancing level of GRC maturity
Develop a test strategy and drive automation with test automation experts
Empathize with users to understand their circumstances and translate that understanding into building intuitive products
Work with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Internal Development teams to drive process and system improvements.
Develop mock-ups or wireframes to illustrate design concepts
Synthesize data and prepare for visualization
Communication with stakeholders and individual users regarding new features, best practices, and Product usage
Works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives
Bachelor’s in Business Management, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering including a focus on mathematics and Statistics
5+ years’ experience in a Data Analyst or similar role supporting cross-functional business units globally
Experience working on analytics for GRC platforms (This qualification specific to ServiceNow GRC is a plus)
Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus
Ability to communicate to stakeholders with clarity, and transparency
Hands on experience with at least one analytics tool (Tableau / Power BI)
Strong analytical skills decomposing processes and systems to propose solutions to complex business problems
Ability to document and prototype business use cases and data flows
Solid experience developing analytics dashboard with expertise in Tableau and Power BI is a plus
Experience using JIRA for agile project management.

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $96,000 – $130,000 per year with 15% bonus target.
