Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing the global TA data, analytics, and reporting to ensure operations consistency and excellence. 

We are looking for an experienced analytical problem solver to join our global team, based in America. This role supports and helps to shape the growing business by delivering insightful management information, KPIs, analytics, and recommendations to leaders in making strategic and informed decisions about the growth of their teams and workforce.

Working closely with the global TA team, this role will be responsible for conducting day to day data and reporting management supporting business leadership and end users in driving decision-making and developing actionable strategies.  This role will also partner closely with teams across the HR and other business functions to ensure there is alignment and consistency in delivery of analytics initiatives for TA, in line with HR Analytics, Finance, and other analytics functions and needs within the business.

Responsibilities

  • Executive refresh and development for Monthly TA Analytics dashboards

  • Executive refresh and development for TA Resource & Capacity Model

  • Support ad-hoc requests from TA Analytics team to support operations and QBR presentations

  • Lead data validation efforts

  • One Model development and standardization

  • Support and contribute to development of a Global Talent intelligence proposition to leverage internal, market and competitor intelligence to driving business decisions and outcomes with data

  • Collect data and analytical requirements from HR and business stakeholders, work with TA Analytics and HR Analytics teams to define and design metrics and dashboards to track TA performance

  • Act as a data and insights enabler to provide day to day data and reporting support to the TA/HR partners and business stakeholders in achieving data literacy and self-serve

  • Act as a data steward to support TA Analytics leadership in delivering global data management, governance, and accountability

  • Working with our workforce systems, HR Services and HR Analytics teams, to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Support design and development of forward-looking analytics & insights – recommending and employing a variety of techniques to optimize talent where possible

  • Act as an innovation catalyst – seek out new and innovative methods, processes, and techniques to enhance the analytical support

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience preferred.

  • Strong experience in analytics development (Tableau or Power BI)

  • Strong experience in HR and TA analytics space

  • Strong experience managing data quality, validation, and consistency

  • Experience in financial analysis is advantageous but not essential  

  • Experience of Workday and One Model is preferred  

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Bachelor's preferred

Software Skill Requirements

  • Strong experience and skill with dash-boarding and visualization software – Tableau (Developer and Data Prep) preferred

  • Excellent Excel skill

  • One Model experience and skill

  • Knowledge of a programming languages useful but not essential (e.g., VBA, python, R, etc.)

Additional Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; can effectively convey complex concepts to non-analytical people as we influence business stakeholders and drive change

  • Knowledge of data models, data structures and mapping disparate data sets is a plus

  • Strong business acumen, including understanding of basic business and financial concepts

  • Strong customer support mindset

  • Possesses natural curiosity and thinks outside the box

For CO residents: In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for this role is $77K – $108K per year with 15% bonus target.
