We are looking for a person with experience integrating and troubleshooting CRM systems, such as Eloqua, Marketo and SFDC. This position is responsible for ensuring marketing technologies are aligned to go-to-market strategy.  This includes deploying, integrating  and troubleshooting campaign setup, tracking, reporting and attribution capabilities.   

Responsibilities  

  • Contributes to a nimble and data driven decision making culture developing and refining regular reporting and diagnostic analytics to refine and improve marketing performance  
  • Guides stakeholders and colleagues, leveraging marketing automation capabilities, in carrying out continual marketing performance improvement cycles  

Marketing Technology and Processes  

  • Is the global CRM (Marketo+) technical subject matter expert, driving and accelerating prospect and customer marketing initiatives by overseeing the execution of Equinix’s automation and technology processes  
  • Utilizes understanding of integrated marketing technologies to automate, optimize and streamline workflows and processes as they mature over time  
  • Manages global vendor and production agencies to support effective delivery of campaign services among consuming stakeholder groups (global/regional/field marketing, ODT/sales)  
  • anage the orchestration of multiple systems understanding how one system impacts other systems it doesn’t directly integrate with. 
  • Demonstrated leadership in applying marketing technology to improve execution and contribute to company growth 
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on all ABM technologies, coaching demand generation teams in the best use of our tools. 
  • Ensure Marketing technologies communicate effectively with each other to achieve desired business outcomes (paid social campaigns targeted to surging companies, ABM lead notifications to named account AEs, etc.) 

Qualifications  

  • Hands-on Marketo / SFDC experience in an advanced/admin capacity (lead scoring, customer lifecycle, CRM integration, lead nurturing, data normalization, 3rd party integration)  
  • 7+ years’ experience in B2B tech marketing, marketing operations, or demand generation  
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign reporting, diagnostic analytics, troubleshooting and campaign optimization  
  • Experience organizing, analyzing and reporting on data from across multiple systems.  Analytical skills to effectively understand and optimize performance.   
  • Strong understanding of database health and database management best practices  
  • Demonstrated project management experience  
  • Ability to proactively think/act strategically  
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor or with multiple stakeholders to meet goals   
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship building skills across key partners and stakeholders.  Ability to drive consensus in a matrixed organizational structure  
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
