Job Summary: As part of the Business Development organization, the Strategy & Operations Manager/Sr Manager is responsible for supporting the needs of ecosystem team activities as well as working with Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal and Procurement to help ensure successful strategy execution, key initiatives alignment, efficient operations and key metric tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives

  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached

  • Manage budget when needed and tracking funding opportunities for

  • Analyze and assess

  • Establish highly repeatable (and scalable) processes, automation, and reporting methodology

  • Deliver insights to the business through analysis and understanding of trends

  • Optimize GTM strategy including core sales processes and productivity drivers, infrastructure and automation, regional performance

  • Help Manage prioritization and trade-offs of ecosystem activities which can affect performance, and operational support load

  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management in tech industry

  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills across multiple levels of the organization

  • Ability to work with a global team

  • Experience in a collaborative, fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, scaling environment

  • Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data, data visualization and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions

  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

  • Strong project management, leadership, dependency management and cross-group collaboration skills with a track record of managing complex projects with many partners in an agile environment.

  • Cross-product experience

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Tableau, SmartSheets, Aptus and Coupa

  • Experience in Data Center, Interconnectivity, Co-location, and Cloud Infrastructure preferred

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $98,000 - $132,000 per year with 20% bonus target.
