Join our dynamic Financial Reporting and Analysis (FP&A) team and play a pivotal role in driving the financial health of our organization. As a key member of the Global Operations Finance FP&A team, the successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and headcount management. You will monitor operating spend and capital expenditures against budgeted commitments, providing essential financial decision support and leading ad-hoc analyses for strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted finance business partner to country Operations, delivering financial insights that drive performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and ensure compliance with financial, accounting and legal standards.
Track and analyse actuals against budget/forecast, identify variances and provide detailed flux analysis.
Maintain accurate and timely headcount data, monitor changes, and analyse impact on financials.
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, facilitating informed decision-making.
Manage the annual budget and quarterly reforecast, including conducting detailed analysis, and creating presentation slides for stakeholders’ review.
Build and nurture cross-functional partnerships with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, enhancing forecast accuracy.
Contribute to special projects that align with global, regional and local finance initiatives, driving strategic objectives forward.
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Perform ad-hoc analysis or other duties as needed to support leadership requests as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
6+ years of experience in a global, operations-focused environment.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional and global teams to drive collaboration.
Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Experience with Oracle, Hyperion and Anaplan is a plus.
