Job Summary

This FP&A Analyst II role at Equinix focuses on supporting revenue forecasting and budget accuracy, focused on Non-Recurring Revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with a manager to drive forecast and budget accuracy for NRR

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting

  • Build and maintain financial databases using historical finance data

  • Provide strategic support to help the business achieve targets

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams

  • Support finance transformation projects

  • Handle ad hoc deliverables

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skill (Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Tech-savvy and interested in leveraging AI and automation for financial analysis and reporting

  • Proven years of Finance experience required, preferably in FP&A

  • Strong commercial attitude

  • Excellent interpersonal & soft skills

  • Natural analytical thinker

    Ability to ‘dumb-down’ complexity

  • Proficient English (spoken and written)

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
