Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager for Hong Kong to drive pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth through Account-Based Marketing (ABM), tailored field marketing programs, and data-driven decision-making. This role is critical in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives by leveraging global campaigns, ensuring seamless lead progression throughout the pipeline.

You will be responsible for analysing account behaviour, supporting sales outbound activities, and executing bespoke events to engage high-priority accounts and accelerate deal velocity. The role requires a strategic mindset, a data-oriented approach, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

This role is pivotal in driving pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue growth by aligning marketing efforts with sales teams to engage high-priority accounts and convert opportunities into customers.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Collaboration

  • Partner with the field sales team to develop territory-level and account-level marketing plans that achieve pipeline generation, acceleration goals, and new bookings

  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and metrics

  • Coordinate with demand generation teams to ensure seamless integration between broader campaigns and ABM efforts

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize field marketing events (e.g., roundtables, roadshows, and account-specific activities) to influence prospects and deepen account engagement

Lead Management & Sales Enablement

  • Implement a structured follow-up process for all generated leads, including calling, sales emails, strategic follow-up, and appointment setting for the sales team

  • Provide communication and support for the effective launch of marketing programs to the field sales team

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Conduct marketing and database analysis on account bases to develop an understanding of engagement, intent, and behaviour of accounts to support sales drives

  • Track metrics such as pipeline influenced, deal velocity, and revenue contribution, adjusting strategies based on data insights

  • Measure and analyse the results of field marketing to refine programs for optimal ROI

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to deliver maximum ROI.

  • Conduct regular reporting to key stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience within the technology sector, preferably in B2B, SaaS, cloud services, or data center solutions

  • Extensive marketing experience in B2B, Enterprise level field marketing with international organisations

  • Proven success in collaborating with sales teams to execute programs that had a quantifiable impact on the pipeline

Industry Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of the cloud and telecommunications industry in Hong Kong, including market dynamics and regulatory environment

Skills

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase)

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
