Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic DE Marketing Manager to partner closely with the DE field sales team to drive pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue through a blend of field marketing programs, account-based marketing (ABM), and data‑driven decision-making. This role plays a critical part in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives by leveraging global campaigns, delivering high‑impact DE programs, and ensuring smooth lead progression throughout the funnel.

You will analyse account behaviour, support sales outbound motions, and execute tailored events and campaigns to engage high‑priority accounts and accelerate deal velocity. ABM is an important part of this role and it sits within a broader field marketing remit that includes planning, execution, and optimisation of all DE marketing activities.

The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to balance ABM initiatives with broader field marketing responsibilities to deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing and database analysis on DE account base to develop good understanding of engagement, intent and other behaviour of accounts that support sales drives

  • Partner with the field sales team to develop territory-level and account-level marketing plans that achieve new bookings, pipeline generation and acceleration goals 

  • Build targeted ABM strategies in collaboration with sales, including account selection, messaging alignment, and customised activation plans

  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and metrics

  • Plan, execute, and optimize field marketing events, such as roundtables, roadshows, and account-specific activities, to influence prospects and deepen account engagement

  • Measure and analyse the results of field marketing, in order to continually refine programs for optimal ROI

  • Provide communication and support for the effective launch of marketing programs to the field sales team 

  • Provide a follow up process and plan for all generated leads which will include calling, sales emails, strategic follow up and appointment setting for the sales team 

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to deliver maximum ROI

  • Coordinate with demand generation teams to ensure seamless integration between broader campaigns and ABM efforts

  • Track metrics such as pipeline influenced, deal velocity, and revenue contribution, adjusting strategies based on data insights

  • Conduct regular reporting to key stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical capability to interpret intent data, buying signals, and account insights to drive strategic decisions

  • Ability to translate data into actionable ABM strategies that support sales goals

  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing processes, ABM best practices, and marketing automation

  • Experience working closely with account executives, solution consultants, and senior sales leaders

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and persuasion skills to align multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple account programs simultaneously in a dynamic environment

  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work autonomously while driving cross‑functional alignment

Essential

  • Extensive marketing experience in B2B, Enterprise level field marketing with international organisation 

  • Proven years of experience in field marketing, ABM, or a related role, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments for an international organisation

  • Demonstratable ability to build highly effective working relationships with sales and marketing 

  • Proven success in collaborating with sales teams to execute on programs that had a quantifiable impact on the pipeline 

  • Demonstrated success executing ABM or account‑specific programs with measurable pipeline and revenue impact

  • Experience using ABM and marketing technology platforms especially 6Sense alongside CRM tools like Salesforce

  • Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously with keen attention to detail.  Strong ability to multi-task while keeping priorities in the proper order

  • Proven success driving account-specific marketing strategies and accelerating pipeline growth

  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills

  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making

  

Desired 

  • Proficient with marketing tools, including CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation

  • Bachelor's Degree with a Marketing or Business focus
