Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Expert, Global Ops Product & Services – Service Delivery to drive operational readiness, service lifecycle management, and process optimization across Equinix's global infrastructure portfolio, including Colocation, Interconnection, Power, and Data Center Infrastructure.
In this role, you will partner with Product, Engineering, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure products and services are designed, operationalized, governed, and sustained in a scalable and supportable manner throughout their lifecycle. Success requires strong operational expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex business and operational requirements into practical, sustainable solutions that scale across teams and the organization.
Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Lifecycle Management
Drive operational readiness, service transition, and lifecycle management activities for new and existing products and services
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into product design and delivery models
Establish and maintain scalable operational processes, controls, procedures, and governance frameworks
Develop sustainable operating models that support ongoing service delivery, supportability, and operational excellence
Ensure services can be effectively deployed, supported, measured, and continuously improved throughout their lifecycle
Support operational assessments, readiness reviews, and launch activities for product enhancements and infrastructure initiatives
Service Delivery & Operational Excellence
Drive continuous improvement of service delivery processes by identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities to enhance quality, scalability, and customer outcomes while establishing effective operational controls and governance
Partner with Product, Engineering, Technology, Operations, and regional stakeholders to align business and operational requirements and develop sustainable service delivery solutions
Lead cross-functional initiatives from requirements through implementation and operational transition, including project coordination, risk management, UAT, stakeholder engagement, and change enablement
Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing to strengthen organizational capabilities
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Analyze operational and service delivery performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Define and track KPIs to measure service effectiveness, operational performance, and business outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in data center, infrastructure, telecommunications, technology, or professional services environments is a plus
Typically 7-10 years of experience in Service Delivery, Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Product Operations, or Operational Excellence
Proven experience operationalizing products, services, or technology solutions and supporting them through their lifecycle
Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Technology, and Operations teams
Strong skills in business analysis, process design, workflow optimization, operational readiness, and stakeholder management
Experience leveraging data, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive operational improvements and business outcomes
Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and change management methodologies
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across organizations
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 99,000 - 149,000 CAD / Annual
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 103,000 - 155,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
