Job Summary: Acts as SME and supports the team with resolving highly complex problems, detecting the root causes, and recommending new procedures.
The ideal candidate will be located near one of our data centers.

Responsibilities
Technical Support
Leverages subject matter expertise to anticipate complex and/or high-impact issues. Acts as SME and forecasts training needs and creates training programs to address those needs
Reporting
Reviews and analyzes key reports from vendors as part of RCA investigation
Site Maintenance
Advises data centers upon implementation of engineering global standards
Assess Adherence to Policy
Ensures adherence to the manufacturer’s guidelines and best practices for all repairs performed on all IBX infrastructure
Problem Solving
Leads root cause analysis and repair of failed components
Makes recommendations for eliminating potential problems
Collaboration
Liaises with global construction or design teams on design changes
Design
Validates design criteria for new principal power installations (e.g. new sub distribution system)
Qualifications
10+ years experience
Bachelors preferred
SME with critical infrastructure/MEP and Customers Interactions

For NYC residents: In accordance with NYC Pay Transparency Law (https://legistar.council.nyc.gov/LegislationDetail.aspx?ID=3713951&GUID=E7B03ABA-8F42-4341-A0D2-50E2F95320CD&Options=Advanced&Search= ) the salary range for this role is $148K – $264 per year with 30% bonus target.
For CO residents: In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for this role is $134K – $187K per year with 30% bonus target.
