Job Summary: Analyze and forecast revenue and revenue related KPIs for the Americas Region. This position provides financial oversight and decision support to key stakeholders throughout the organization.
Prepare revenue models for the 5-year plan, annual budgets and in-year forecasts that drive credibility.
Develop the business drivers of revenue (exit rate, fill rate, bookings, churn, etc.) with other key data forecasts and align with stakeholders.
Influence the accuracy of the monthly accounting close process through revenue analysis.
Prepare accurate financial reports of monthly and quarterly data and share timely insights with executives.
Integrate new acquisitions into the region, focusing on the building blocks of revenue.
Manage and coach FP&A team members to reach their individual potential on both impact and values who can resolve complex technical, operational and organizational problems.
Deliver and craft high-quality presentations for senior executives and business partners.
Act as trusted advisor to cross functional business leaders, anticipate needs and make recommendations.
Identify areas for improvement, efficiencies, and automation.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred.
10+ years of related financial analysis experience, including people management and leadership skills.
Expertise to manage multiple complex projects, ambiguity and time pressures in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for management presentations and team mentorship.
Demonstrated ability to build fit-for-purpose organization – vision and execution.
Talented in leadership, project management, team-building and driving change across the organization.
Proficiency to manage remotely and lead groups in a matrixed organization.
Working knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion, and Oracle; B.I. and Tableau preferred.
Some travel required (less than 20%).
