Data Center Customer Operations Engineer III

Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical Support services including Data Centre operations and service provisioning

• Install and de-install of customer cross-connections

• Incident handling, problem troubleshooting, and escalation to upper-tier

• Management tickets and perform job documentation

• Escort and Supervise vendors for work within data center premises

• Maintain accurate records of activity fulfillment in a ticketing system

Requirements:

• Good team player and ability to work in a team

• Customer focus with good presentation and problem-solving skills

• Discipline, self-initiative, self-motivated, and willing to learn

• Able to perform 24x7 shift duty

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 year or more experience in IT infrastructure

• Prefer a person who had certification like Engineer Information Communication(정보통신기사), Engineer Radio Telecommunication Equipment(무선설비기사), Engineer Broadcasting Communication(방송통신기사), Industrial Engineer Communication Cable(통신선로산업기사), or others certification
