现场支持：

• 现场管理设施维保商并对公司机电设备进行维护与保养，维保对象包括：电力高压端、发电机，UPS，PPDC, 电脑房专用精密空调、气体灭火系统及BMS系统相关检修。 
• 对公司的机电设备实行日常检查、管理、确保设备的正常运行并能掌握并了解设备的运行特点。 
• 有能力对数据中心的设备的使用提出优化改造能力，提高设备使用效率、降低能耗。 
• 熟练掌握数据中心的机电系统设计及运行原理，并能在突发事故情况下对系统进行及时修复并能按照公司应急预案对设备进行及时修复
• 支持7×24小时本地监控中心运行;

管理及项目职责：

• 能够根据公司的操作流程进行供应商管理，同时根据平时掌握的设备情况对供应商的维护提出合理的要求，并且核准供应商的设备维护是否合理、及时发现潜在的设备隐患。
• 根据主管的指派参与设备维护、测试或安装的项目，根据要求做好相应的计划、准备和现场协调安排工作。

职位需要

• 电力、暖通或建筑管理专业
• 数据中心相关实践经验优先考虑。
• 熟悉Autocad，熟练使用Windows office 软件。
• 了解UPS、柴油发电机、ATS、低压配电、暖通等系统组成原理及其基本操作流程，具有数据中心上述系统维护经验者优先。
• 具有很强的动手能力、良好的团队工作意识、及工作责任心。 
• 思维清晰，逻辑分析能力好；
• 积极主动、自律、责任心强；
• 能够接受早晚翻班工时制（整体工作时间不超过法定工作时间）。
