The Global Service Desk is looking for a Global Servicedesk Agent (m/f/d) with German and/or Dutch language skills to join the team based in Frankfurt.

You can look forward to an exciting, varied and dynamic job with the following main tasks:

• Recording, analysis, coordination and further processing of customer orders

• providing customer support via telephone and e-mail

• Ensuring the agreed service quality

• Maintenance and control of orders, access and security

• Maintenance of the Equinix online portals

• First level support

You should have the following skills and knowledge:

• Completed commercial training

• Experience in customer service is a plus

• Very good written and spoken German or Dutch language skills

• Good knowledge of the English language

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Experience with CRM systems (SFDC/Siebel) is a plus

Personal skills:

• You work independently reliably, result-oriented and carefully

• You are a teamplayer

• Excellent service understanding

• Analytical thinking is one of your strengths

• You enjoy learning and are open to further training

• Willingness to work shifts (24 * 7) with appropriate surcharges for Sunday / public holiday / night work
