Responsibilities
Commercial Consultation/Discussion
· Supports Sales in the region by assisting and consulting sales reps in the structure of new and renewal deals with pricing thresholds, deal management guidelines, rules of engagement to drive the appropriate approvals based on the holistic economic and strategic value of the deals
· Provides commercial recommendations to P&L and other business stakeholders
· Supports regional and global Deal Reviews by compiling appropriate analysis, summary, and recommendations to drive for the right of review and reasonable resolution hence approvals

Pricing Analysis/Reporting
· Recognizes pricing and business Ts and Cs related trends for new and renewing customer deployments by market
· Independently conducts complex analyses on competitive pricing and trending based on deal knowledge gained throughout the Sales cycle
. Determines and communicates key business insights to country management, based on competitive pricing intelligence and win/loss analysis

Commercial/System Approvals
· Develops solutions for non-standard customer requests and acts as a single point of contact for Sales to solution and recommend global pricing approvals for new and renewing deals across multiple countries/regions
· Provides system approval support in region and for global deals approved by regional counterparts
· Obtains stakeholder approvals for deals falling outside of guidelines for system approval

Negotiations Support
· Independently works with Sales in negotiations through consultative discussions with Sales and engagement of management for customer facing discussions

Sales Deal Enablement
· Supports the sales process, specifically the deal parameters, effective pricing threshold, pricing approval processes for deals with management support
· Responsible for the onboarding of sales reps related to pricing approvals and deal structuring
· Manages post-bid submission activities; tracks and improves the quality of deals, while continuing to assist in analysis of trends and areas for streamlining and system improvements

Pricing Agreement Supports
· Provides global pricing agreement recommendations, approvals, and support for rate cards and growth incentive plans

Qualifications
- 8+ years experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required

- English & Japanese language skill at business level
