What is this role about?
Key Business Partner to the Sales function with high impact and level of responsibility
Dedicated support for NL sales team for all pricing, deal structuring and other commercial terms and conditions
Single point of contact for all NL headquartered accounts globally with full approval autonomy to ensure a globally consistent and effective approach
Supports Sales by advising sales reps in the commercial structure of complex deals balancing customer needs with internal strategy and goals
Pro-actively partners with sales on commercial approach to key accounts
Provides customer facing support in complex negotiations and where subject matter expertise is beneficial
Develops commercial solutions for non-standard customer requests including pricing, deal structure and other commercial terms and conditions
Partners with Country Managers, Finance P&L owners, Legal (Commercial Transactions), Operations teams and other key business stakeholders
Presents pricing trends, key takeaways and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and executives
Prepares regional and global Deal Reviews, ensuring compilation of appropriate analysis, summary, and recommendations for speedy review and approvals
Ensures appropriate onboarding and enablement sessions of sales reps related to engagement model, deal structuring and pricing approvals
Tracks and improves the quality of all large deals, while continuing to assist in recognition of trends and areas for streamlining and system improvements
Who are you?
Ideal candidate would hold a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years’ experience
English speaker, native (a plus) or fluent
Dutch speaker is a plus
High emotional intelligence, ability to navigate through a vast array of (challenging) internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Creative problem solver with analytical understanding
Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving and unpredictable environment
Hands on self-starter with plenty of drive and ambition
Prior customer facing experience is a plus
Prior experience structuring complex deals is a plus
Prior experience in IT and/or Telecommunications industry a plus
