Responsibilities
Uses a broad knowledge of skills, while working on significant and unique issues. Responsible for supporting the Directors within the team.
Analyzes data, provides qualitative insight and executes tasks, and takes ownership of supporting the Metro Strategy execution.
Acts collaboratively to determine methods and procedures.
Metro strategy
Using market knowledge based on competitive intel gathered from customers, brokers, agents and others to support CF directors in executing the strategy
Leverages market understanding and current supply and demand conditions in metro to recommend pricing thresholds for IBXs and target vertical mix in execution of the strategy to CF Directors.
Supports CF collaboration with business development and sales to identify optimal anchors in new IBXs/expansion phases to optimize existing IBX margins
Independently conducts analysis and makes recommendations business case revenue assumptions, including: fill rate, pricing, density, LFP vs. retail mix and interconnection % to CF Directors.
Supports the long-term strategy by determining methods based on trends, pipeline and input, and builds bottom up bookings forecast
Has knowledge of budget process that determines methods and procedures to ensure the critical linkage between business cases and revenue requirements
Facilitate QoR – scheduling and PMO on follow-up items - drive alignment within Comm Ops to ensure right content, right time
Demand generation
Assists CF Directors with IBX data center optimization. Reviews the current client portfolio contract(s) that are nearing the expiration date(s) that have not reached pricing expectations, facilitate engagement with sales + MD
Provides significant and unique expertise while bringing in the Commercial Finance Directors and Managing Directors (MDs) review and action as appropriate for voluntary churn.
Draw cap overage and PEC vs. draw cap compliance; works with commercial solutions and sales to improve revenue uptick from these programs
Qualifications
5+ year's experience preferred
Bachelor's degree required
