Commercial Finance Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Uses a broad knowledge of skills, while working on significant and unique issues. Responsible for supporting the Directors within the team.

• Analyzes data, provides qualitative insight and executes tasks, and takes ownership of supporting the Metro Strategy execution.

• Acts collaboratively to determine methods and procedures.

Metro strategy

• Using market knowledge based on competitive intel gathered from customers, brokers, agents and others to support CF directors in executing the strategy

• Leverages market understanding and current supply and demand conditions in metro to recommend pricing thresholds for IBXs and target vertical mix in execution of the strategy to CF Directors.

• Supports CF collaboration with business development and sales to identify optimal anchors in new IBXs/expansion phases to optimize existing IBX margins

• Independently conducts analysis and makes recommendations business case revenue assumptions, including: fill rate, pricing, density, LFP vs. retail mix and interconnection % to CF Directors.

• Supports the long-term strategy by determining methods based on trends, pipeline and input, and builds bottom up bookings forecast

• Has knowledge of budget process that determines methods and procedures to ensure the critical linkage between business cases and revenue requirements

• Facilitate QoR – scheduling and PMO on follow-up items - drive alignment within Comm Ops to ensure right content, right time

Demand generation

• Assists CF Directors with IBX data center optimization. Reviews the current client portfolio contract(s) that are nearing the expiration date(s) that have not reached pricing expectations, facilitate engagement with sales + MD

• Provides significant and unique expertise while bringing in the Commercial Finance Directors and Managing Directors (MDs) review and action as appropriate for voluntary churn.

• Draw cap overage and PEC vs. draw cap compliance; works with commercial solutions and sales to improve revenue uptick from these programs

Qualifications

• 5+ year's experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree required
