We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to join our Global New to Career team. In this exciting role you will be get to work across Asia-Pacific recruiting top talent for our internship programs and early to career roles, plus build relationships and drive key initiatives with our target universities and polytechnics.
In this role you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including running and coordinating on and off campus career fairs, sourcing and screening candidates, implementing our global interview assessment tools and processes whilst providing a world class experience for both the hiring managers and the students/candidates. You will get the opportunity to work with our Talent Marketing team, our APAC University Program Lead and our wider Talent & Acquisition team who will be on side to support your success as you grow and master this role.

Campus Strategy, engagement, and Recruitment
Partner with the APAC University Relations Lead to deliver a campus souring strategy with key institutions across Asia
Build relationships with target Universities to ensure we successfully implement our campus engagement strategy
Manage the recruitment process from attraction to offer for high quality candidates that align to the Equinix values and be responsible for always providing an excellent candidate experience that showcases the Equinix culture
Internally work to build the brand of the New to Career team and deliverables by working collaboratively and building strong internal relationships with our global stakeholders
Build Internal partnerships with our business representatives and internal Equinix community groups to enable us to leverage support and speakers for our events on campus and to further build relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks
Work with the Talent Marketing Team to assess brand building and attraction campaigns for campus plus support digital marketing initiatives
Attend and present at campus events online and where required in person. Present our Internship program and the Equinix offering.
Market knowledge and Data Insight
Be a subject matter expert by having a pulse on the trends in the university space and present ideas that will help Equinix adapt our hiring strategy to ensure success
Data Insights – use data to present required business cases and coach managers
Supporting and improving the Equinix Processes and Values
Support global initiatives to improve the candidate experience and work to remove bias from the recruitment process. Align globally on the interview process and coach managers on the assessment and evaluation tools and continually drive excellence to provide excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
Be an ambassador for the values that ensure Equinix is a great place to work, put we before me, continuously learn, and put the customer (candidate and manager) first

1+ years of campus recruiting experience or has recruitment experience but has a passion and interest in University campus recruiting
You are passionate about candidate and hiring manager experience and get energy from representing a leading global company
People describe you as having effective communication skills and you work well in a team
