Job Summary:
Partners with Business Groups to ensure delivery of applications aligned to the business and IT strategy, as well as the support of those applications. Works with Business Groups to define their global IT requirements and to analyze appropriate solutions. Manages projects from inception to completion with matrix, and global teams.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years of experience with special emphasis on Quote to Cash domain in a highly customized Enterprise application environment preferred.
• Experience in Quote, Sales Order, Work Order, Activities, Service Request, Trouble Ticket, Workforce Management, and Asset with Functional and technical application knowledge is required.
• 5 years of experience working as a business systems analyst in all phases of the software development process including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, release, and maintenance preferred
• Exhibits keen interest and experience in working with evolving business models in large-scale, complex, transformational programs.
• Exceptional ability to gather, organize and evaluate any information or data needed as input from stakeholders and the development team to determine requirements and specifications.
• Effective communicator with written and verbal communication skills that work well in a collaborative team setting.
• Proven experience working in Agile software development life cycle.
• Bachelors in computer science, computer engineering, Information Systems, Business, or other technical disciplines.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
