Are energetic, driven and excited about building and improving channel experiences
Have proven experience solving problems using existing and new toolsets
Have demonstrated experience working with EITHER Salesforce (Sales or Marketing), or CPQ (Configure, Quote, Pricing) applications such as Oracle Bigmachines. Bonus if you’ve supported organizations configured for Channel.
Understand the nuances of building for direct customers vs building for Channel sales motions
Are good at building solutions and driving consensus around best practices
Are results oriented, have strong attention to detail, and are able to prioritize multiple objectives and projects
How You Will Make A Difference
Bring your expertise, ideas and experience to our newly minted Channel-focused function within the Go To Market team and help build an amazing experience for our Channel partners, their customers, and the business partners who enable them
Build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders across Channel, Sales, Product, Marketing, Care, Legal, Finance and more as you own application solutions from inception to completion
Drive the design, implementation and support for CPQ capabilities that can be shared across an array of customer experience
Partner with stakeholders to analyze, define and document business requirements for defined-scope improvements, pertaining to CPQ and adjacent functions
Vet data models, technical designs and drive best practices
Develop, own and evangelize functional designs for specific functional areas for major enhancements or projects
Ensure that functional designs meet business needs and are in line with the solution design
Keep up to date with industry trends and vendor capabilities to produce robust functional designs
Own specific modules in the application and develops test cases based on requirements and technical design
Defines test strategy and execution approach to test specific module of an application, clarify defects, triage and coordinate resolution with engineering team
Manage enhancement and project releases for specific modules
Ensures delivery meets release goals, communicate status against key support issues
Develop mastery in CPQ and related configurations
Document configurations for future use and training
Provide first level resources support, triage and troubleshooting
Work directly with functional SMEs and management team to coordinate training requirements and execution
Support creation of vendor and application technology evaluation plans and presentations and may conduct research, pilot features and document and prepare recommendations for review
5+ years experience in systems analysis and design
Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business or related field
Experience with channel applications analysis highly desired
