Job Summary: Equinix is looking for a seasoned individual who is excited about making a difference in a fast growing company. This Sales Business Analyst Manager role in our Global Sales Operations, Business Architecture team will drive Sales Quoting & Ordering/CRM projects to enable new Channel models/programs and for new capabilities and process improvements for new product releases with a focus in the Channel sales motions. You must be a subject matter authority in Quote to Cash (QTC) processes & CRM, specifically SFDC, and have experience working with a Channel Sales Organization where you work with the Partner Sales Organization and Sales Support functions to sell with/through our Partners. You will become a driver and champion to “Channelize” the processes/tools to meet the unique demands of the Channel.
As part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for and drive projects which will include new QTC process definitions, sales and sales support process improvements, process documentation, training, and communication plans. If you excel in process and procedure improvements, work well in a collaborative environment and want an opportunity to lead change, this is the role for you.
Be the domain expert to work cross functionally to define and implement changes to Quoting, Ordering, Opportunity Management, Accounts, Case Management, Contacts, and Partner Central Portal using SFDC Partner Communities.
Become an advocate and subject matter expert on designing processes to support different Channel Models (1-tier, 2-tier, referral, etc.)
Define project vision, goals, scope and define and document requirements as user stories.
Utilize effective methods of process documentation including ownership of a documentation library, process mapping, communication plans, and training in the execution of all projects
Process breakdown, and analysis including recommendations for process improvement
Clearly document and present findings including creation of Visio diagrams, PowerPoint decks and procedure documentation.
Be accountable for driving recommendations through to implementation.
Ensure that IT Application solutions meet requirements and are well-designed for a growing business by conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitating the testing by the regional cross functional groups.
Assess change management needs and work with the Sales Enablement team to create and deliver any training, communication required for the operational initiative
Drive best practice sharing and continuous learning across the Global Sales Operations team
May perform other duties as assigned
Demonstrated strong performance in a Sales/Channel/Business Operations role with experience in Sales Cycle and Quote to Cash processes and systems
Experience in working with Channel Sales, Channel Sales Support teams and Partners and understanding the key differences of Channel Sales Motions such as Resale, Distribution, Referral motions
10+ years experience in related field preferred
Experience with Agile Methodology
Bachelor's degree required. MBA is a plus
4-6 years’ experience in Sales/Business Ops with Major CPQ Platform is highly preferred
Ability to drive discussions cross-functionally across regions/countries and across various business groups independently
Experience driving process & systems projects and initiatives of various sizes through entire project lifecycle. Ability to create key deliverables independently such as Project Charter, User Stories & BRD, Use Cases, Test Plan, Change Management Plan, etc.
Process engineering and project management experience in multiple business disciplines such as Sales, Channels, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance
Experience entering new situations, quickly understanding the landscape, and modeling key metrics
Excellent decision-making ability and business sense
Good interpersonal skills for project updates
Detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to lead process design discussions
Must be well versed in Visio or other Process creation software and best practice process documentation techniques
Background in technology sector a plus
Six Sigma Green belt preferred, blackbelt a plus

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $98K- $132K per year with 20% bonus target.
