Job Summary: Assists with basic analysis and reports and supports various projects
Responsibilities:
Problem Solving/Assessment
Applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of standard, functional and/or cross-functional issues
Assists in identifying process gaps and issues
Utilizes appropriate methodology including Lean Six Sigma where appropriate
Project Management
Supports project plans and resources, tracking timelines and ensuring status updates are periodically communicated
Coordinates with stakeholders to facilitate alignment through implementation and post-implementation stages
May help identify risks and issues
Cost/Benefit Analysis and Monitoring
Assists with pre and post implementation analysis
Expected benefits and actual results
Implementation and Change Management
Aids in updating process and procedural documentation
Assists with post deployment analysis
Reporting and Metrics
Supports status reporting providing periodic project updates, communicating identified risks, issues and concerns
Performs ad-hoc reporting
Alignment, Consistency & Prioritization
Coordinates cross functional discussions to drive issues, challenges and prioritization efforts
Business Requirements, Functional Design and Process Design
Documents business requirements
Supports in developing cross-functional BRDs
Assists the BSA's and Dev. team on solution design and development
Coordinates with stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functional areas
May utilize Lean Six Sigma methodology, supporting the design or improvement of business processes
Stakeholder Management
Assists with mapping out stakeholder lists and establishing stakeholders' needs
Escalates to resolve basic stakeholder issues
Testing
May perform and/or coordinate user acceptance testing
Reports on testing progress
Qualifications
Degree with any relevant field
At least 2 years of relevant experience
