Job Summary: We are looking for a bilingual French/English Recruiting Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition team with implementation of efficient and effective processes for all TA activities across the region or client group. The role will primarily focus on more simple TA Delivery activities such as job postings (English and French) and interview scheduling.
Responsibilities
Sourcing
Coordinates debriefing schedules
May assist in sourcing/pipelining candidates for roles
Recruitment and Interview Process
Builds recruitment system knowledge
Responsible for full cycle coordination (requisition through hiring) of the recruiting & onboarding processes
Schedules candidate interviews & logistics
Responsible for composition of role descriptions
Responds to basic queries from employees, managers and external institutes
Maintains the candidate database on the candidate tracking system
Provides regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress
Ensures compliance with requisitions
Collaboration
Partners with the recruiter(s) and hiring manager(s) to achieve an efficient, accurate & high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience
Responds to basic queries and requests from line managers/employees on various TA related queries
Supports team members with administration requests on an ad hoc basis
Onboarding
Completes the offer, hiring & new hire onboarding processes for new employees
Completes candidate background checks and employee re-verifications as required
Coordinates new employee completion of Form I-9, employment eligibility verifications and processing through E-Verify
Ensures appropriate handover to HRSS for on boarding processes
Upholds compliance with all legal and professional standards
Contracts
Processes all agency agreements
Assists in ensuring proper approvals for contract execution/process are obtained and valid
Provides assistance to more senior staff on general contract administration
Qualifications
1+ years experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
