Job Summary

Equinix is looking for a motivated Analyst / Technology Program Manager to join our Digital and Innovation Organization’s (DIO) Program Management Office team and manage strategic transformational projects.  This role focuses on coordinating Agile projects, maintaining program documentation, tracking progress, and supporting SAFe ceremonies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile methodologies and strong organizational and communication skills and operating as a scrum master. This role will offer a fast-paced environment, exposure to new challenges, opportunities to multi-task, collaborating with a great team.

Responsibilities 

  • Support Agile Release Trains (ARTs) by assisting with PI planning logistics, documentation, and follow-up actions 

  • Coordinate and schedule Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and retrospectives 

  • Maintain accurate program documentation in Confluence and ensure JIRA boards reflect current priorities and progress 

  • Track and report on Agile metrics, including team velocity, PI objectives, and progress toward commitments 

  • Assist in identifying and managing cross-team dependencies, escalating issues as needed to leadership 

  • Prepare status reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans 

  • Collaborate with RTEs and PMO leadership to ensure alignment of program activities with organizational goals 

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for Agile workshops and training sessions 

  • Ensure compliance with SAFe principles and PMO standards in all project documentation and reporting 

  • Support financial tracking and resource allocation reporting at the project level 

Qualifications 

  • Proven years of technical project management experience or proven years as a member of an Agile Scrum Team 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related technical field 

  • Familiarity with SAFe framework and Agile practices 

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams 

  • Experience preparing reports and dashboards for stakeholders 

Desired Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related technical field 

  • SAFe Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent 

  • SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or equivalent 

  • Strong technical proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation 

  • Other Project Management certifications (i.e. PMP)or professional certifications
