The Sales Transactions Assistant handles administrative tasks for account executives and sales representatives related to all transactional requests. Depending on entry level, this will be done under the supervision of a lead or senior resource.

What you will be doing

  • Works basic, small and medium transactional requests
  • Is a specialist fully aligned to multiple sales reps
  • Maintains the ability to work all transactional requests from their respective sales reps within established SLO's
  • Is responsible for small project work in addition to their primary responsibilities
  • Secures all vital approvals for all transactional requests
  • Ensures that all requests are processed accurately as per the request
  • Is required to investigate data issues related to specific transactions
  • Is responsible for maintaining the incoming docs queue within established SLO's and metrics
  • Manages, routes, and supervises all Sales documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, LOI, MOU, Quotes, Master Service Agreements, and customer profile forms
  • Ensures that all documents that require countersignature are routed to the appropriate signer for booking and SOX compliance
  • Works basic, small to medium service order requests with minimal direction
  • Assures accuracy of sales engineering specifications as per CRD documentation
  • Maintains the ability to work all OM configuration requests from their respective queue within established SLO's
  • Is responsible for small project work in addition to their primary responsibilities

What you should have

  • Experience in sales support/IT experience
  • Intermediate experience with technology, support service and monitoring of proposals/contracts in the system
  • Tech skills
  • Advanced English - required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred some courses IT

What Is a differential if you have

  • Siebel, Sales Force and/or other systems knowledge
