Job Summary: As Assistant Project & Program Manager for the Churn Office, your role is to translate the program objectives into strategic action plans, orchestrate initiative implementation, track program’s objectives and measure business impact. This position requires a high degree of partnership and collaboration with leadership and subject matter experts to implement, manage, and track a holistic Churn practice. 

Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Identify, assess, size and prioritize new initiatives

  • Structure execution of initiatives & develop initiatives implementation roadmaps

  • Analyze pre and post implementation results and make recommendations

  • Identifies process gaps and issues and drives areas for improvement

Planning

  • Align team members on initiative directions, design principles and required resources

  • Create and coordinate project plans and resources, executing them using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Collect inputs and perspectives from different areas of the business and derive implications for churn management program

  • Identify opportunities to drive consolidation, simplification, and improvements in the future

Controlling

  • Track and report business KPIs that are relevant and meaningful from a reporting perspective

  • Identify tools, propose automation, and build dashboards

  • Provide status reports & periodic project updates, highlighting risks, issues and concerns

Execution

  • Lead multiple functional teams to operationalize, execute, and sustain strategic initiatives and milestones

  • Ensure all activities are successfully delivery on time, within scope, within budget and at the level of quality agreed to

  • Responsible for performing and managing the issue and risk management efforts

  • Works extensively with internal teams to build effective relationships, facilitate program initiatives, and drive global alignment and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in program and project management, strategy, and/or business analysis

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or project management certification preferred

  • Proven strategic thinking & problem-solving capabilities

  • Consultative approach and ability to influence at all levels of an organization

  • Experience developing strategies & project plans, proactively managing milestones, dependencies, & timelines to ensure smooth execution

  • Experience with coordinating global and cross-functional teams

  • Able to design dashboards & presentations
