Responsibilities

Design and build an Anaplan Territory Planning model that provides insight to Sales Management as they optimize prospect and customer assignment
Maintain existing model, respond to issues, and provide day-to-day administration of the system.
Fields, receives, and reviews application implementation requests from internal customers
Assists internal customers in reviewing and assessing new application versions and architectures guidelines
Deep understanding of Sales planning and performance management; territory planning, quota planning, compensation, objectives, etc.
Optimize and automate data sourcing in support of all Anaplan models leveraging Anaplan Connect
Collaborate with the Sales Compensation team to optimize goal sheet issuance
Collaborate with the Salesforce and IT teams to ensure changes made to contingent systems are planned for in Anaplan
Create functional documents and handbooks to represent application design
Handle Data Loads into Anaplan model
Performs initial level of performance analysis
Evangelize best practice use of Anaplan and suggest best practices and opportunities for improvement through automation or simplification

Qualifications

BS or BA in Business, Operations Management, or Computer Science
3 - 4 years of experience with Anaplan as a model builder
Experience with entire system implementation life cycles (analyze, design, build, test, support).
Ability to translate spreadsheet models to scalable multi-dimensional Anaplan models.
2-3 years' experience with Salesforce.com
Strong understanding of MS Office products; Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong facilitation and workshop skills
Ability to document interfaces and data flows
Curious individual with strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
Organization and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Preferred

Strong understanding of best-in-class processes for Quota Planning & Territory Planning
Experience with ETL tools
