What you will be doing

• Supports review of proposals for new business, investments and new opportunities for data center expansion and/or acquisitions;
• Builds financial and IRR models for new business and expansion proposals;
• Prepares support materials for the investment approval process and capital investment prioritization;
• Drives communication with internal departments (Design & Construction, Commercial Finance, etc.) to independently gather inputs, coordinate analysis and validate data
• Assists with real estate portfolio management activities such as working with Investor Relations on portfolio metrics reporting, analyzing quarterly market absorption rates to assist with planning of builds and continued risk-return analysis of investment portfolio to ensure Equinix continues to deploy capital in an efficient manner
• Assists in the identification, evaluation and implementation of opportunities that impact business performance such as cost and capital optimization programs and business process improvement programs;
• Responsible for analyzing and summarizing planned expansion projects, capacity trends and capital forecasts, and producing insights through verbal and written platforms in support of overall corporate financial planning goals;
• Analyzes financial and operational performance trends to improve investment decisions
• Supports ad hoc industry research and business case development tasks

What you should have

Bachelor's degree

Experience in corporate finance, construction finance or capital investment management

Fluent English

What is a differential if you have

Experience in communications infrastructure or real estate sectors

High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Advanced English
