Job Summary:
This position is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment. Will guide and facilitate the hiring manager and team to a successful hire. Execute the Talent Partner Strategy for the region or assigned client group and deliver the resourcing policies, framework and processes drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choice.
Responsibilities
· 8 to 10 years of relevant IT Product recruitment experience
· Probe to understand key requirements and develops sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate flow
· Drives direct sourcing agenda by leveraging Employee referral, social media platforms; increase our presence on social media
· Partners with hiring manager to identify key roles and responsibilities of the interview team
· Ensures hiring manager and interview team are prepared for the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally
· Consults and offers guidance to hiring managers on the Hiring Process to ensure an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience
· Partners with HR Director, HR Business Partners on role grading, internal talent, shortlist candidates, coaching opportunities
· Negotiates offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary
· Manages candidate experience and acts as a candidate advocate
· Provides regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress
· Consults and offers guidance to hiring managers on the Hiring Process to ensure an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience
Qualifications
· India full lifecycle recruitment experience preferably within recruiting for Engineering professionals within the technology industry
· Fluent in English
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR
