Who are we?
Equinix is the world’s digital infrastructure company®, shortening the path to connectivity to enable the innovations that enrich our work, life and planet.
Job Summary
Come help us transform the world of Digital People Experiences. Equinix HR’s Employee Experience and Product Design team is seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager for Talent Acquisition Systems to lead the evolution of our global recruitment ecosystem. While Workday serves as our core system of record, this role is the visionary product manager for our "best-of-breed" TA landscape.
You will lead the strategy for a seamless journey—from the first touchpoint of sourcing and AI-driven attraction to the final "Moment that Matters" of onboarding. Your mission is to create delightful, inclusive, and frictionless experiences that enable recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to connect effortlessly. You will champion product experience, leverage AI across the recruitment lifecycle, and manage a sophisticated tech stack that includes sourcing tools, assessments, interviewing platforms, and our Internal Talent Marketplace.
Responsibilities
Vision Management
Develop and champion a TA Tech Vision that embraces the "art of the possible," specifically focusing on how AI and automation can remove friction from the hiring process
Build frameworks to evaluate the ROI of specialized TA tools (CRM, Sourcing, Assessment) vs. native Workday functionality
Communicate a roadmap that balances recruiter efficiency with a world-class candidate experience
Product Management & Execution
TA Ecosystem Leadership: Manage the full range of TA-related systems, ensuring deep integration between Workday (ATS) and peripheral platforms (e.g., Sourcing tools, AI-Assessments, Video Interviewing)
AI & Innovation: Lead the implementation of AI-driven capabilities such as automated candidate matching, predictive talent analytics, and conversational AI for applicant engagement
Talent Marketplace: Drive the product strategy for our Internal Talent Marketplace to foster career mobility and "gig" opportunities for our global workforce
Own and prioritize the TA product roadmap, identifying points of leverage to reduce Time-to-Fill and improve Quality-of-Hire
Go to Market
Co-develop launch plans for new TA tools, partnering with the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE) to ensure recruiters and hiring managers are enabled and excited about new system capabilities
Support global roll-outs through product demonstrations that highlight how technology simplifies the hiring manager's life
Performance Tracking and Optimization
Define KPIs that measure the health of the TA stack: Candidate Net Promoter Score (cNPS), funnel conversion rates, and the efficacy of AI-driven sourcing channels
Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize the digital "apply" flow and assessment stages
Collaboration
Partner with IT to ensure the TA tech stack is secure, resilient, and seamlessly integrated via APIs
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition COE to ensure technology supports Equinix’s diversity, equity, and inclusion goals through unbiased, accessible system design
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience specifically within Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Technology
Workday Expertise: Proven track record with Workday Recruiting and a deep understanding of how to integrate it with external sourcing, assessment, and interviewing suites
Full-Lifecycle Knowledge: Extensive experience managing a diverse TA stack (e.g., CRM, Automated Scheduling, Candidate Assessment platforms, and Onboarding).
AI Fluency: Demonstrated experience leveraging AI/ML tools within the recruitment lifecycle to drive efficiency and insights
Experience leading Agile scrum teams and thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building or managing an Internal Talent Marketplace or similar career-pathing platform
Familiarity with the integration landscape between Workday, ServiceNow, and specialized TA vendors (e.g., Eightfold, Gem, Paradox, HireVue, etc.)
Ability to communicate and influence a wide spectrum of stakeholders, from technical engineers to executive TA leaders
Proven self-starter who can translate high-level recruitment strategies into technical requirements and measurable product outcomes
