What you’ll be doing:
Every day Platform Operations is busy building Equinix Metal’s infrastructure at multiple remote data centers around the world. We enroll, configure and maintain the hardware that makes up Equinix Metal’s interconnected bare metal cloud. We are working with a large number of hardware elements, so creating and documenting efficient, repeatable, automated processes are a must.
As a bare metal specialist, you'll learn how to use our internal staff level tools and become comfortable diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues. You'll work with our engineering teams to add features that help us deliver outstanding service to our user community.

For NYC residents: In accordance with NYC Pay Transparency Law (https://legistar.council.nyc.gov/LegislationDetail.aspx?ID=3713951&GUID=E7B03ABA-8F42-4341-A0D2-50E2F95320CD&Options=Advanced&Search= ) the salary range for this role is $98K – $175K per year with 15% bonus target.
For CO residents: In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for this role is $89K– $124K per year with 15% bonus target.
