Data Center Customer Operations Intern

• Learn about data centers and their importance in the IT world

• Work with experienced technicians to develop an understanding of their job

• Perform work shadowing to learn about daily and ad-hoc tasks

• Perform basic functions under supervision

• Learn about interconnections, smart hands, trouble tickets & troubleshooting

This position is a 6 month placement
