About The Team

Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides 24 x 7 supports to our customers in Asia Pacific region. The scope of support includes monitoring the infrastructure in the data centers, 1st level troubleshooting of network-related issue, network configuration, and ticket management.

Key Responsibilities

Under a close supervision of the NOC engineer, the intern will be involved on the following:

• Monitor network devices, software health and network tools health.
• Perform level 1 network support such as circuit verification on switches, routers and other network devices.
• Complete network service request such as DNS and prefix update. 
• Perform network asset audit to facilitate clean-up of legacy network devices
• Follow up and resolve network cases opened by customers
• Process RMAs (Return Material Authorization) for faulty network component
• Follow up the root cause from vendors / providers for non-service impacting network incident
• Document and published approved work instructions and procedures for internal reference.
• Manage and process change requests for third-party providers maintenances, ensuring follow-up until approval is obtained.
• Review and take necessary actions on emails received in the NOC shared mailbox.

Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications): 

• Proficiency with fundamentals of Information Technology
• Information Security - knowledge of networks, routing, applications, development languages
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor’s degree studies (Graduation in 2027/2028) 

• Bachelor of Engineering/IT/Information Systems welcome to apply
• Additional advanrage is given to candidate who are open to part-time internship beyond August 2026
