Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, document and validate Billing-related business and user requirements, predominantly to support Billing System .
  • Candidate with  knowledge in Singleview Billing System, Revenue, Account receivables and  Credit & Collections will have added advantage.
  • Should have experience in understanding End to End Systems involving Quote to Cash.
  • Should have experience in working Mergers and Acquisitions worked on reconciliation and analysis of data .
  • Work closely with team spread across globally and should possess excellent communication skill in the  Billing domain
  • Create and manage application functional test plans and test cases from use cases for requirements traceability, systems testing and UAT testing
  • Application SIT Testing, defect tracking, defect resolution, ongoing status reporting
  • Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands
  • Manage ongoing relationship with business partners to drive satisfaction with IT
  • Train the users and provide go-live support
  • Respond to and address user requests via ticketing process preferable to have experience in Service now, HP ALM, Conflunece, and Jira tools.

Qualification & Education & Experience

  • Must have 10+ years of experience on E2E implementation experience on the Singleview system along with integration experience with Siebel and Oracle EBS.
  • Must have functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion module - Oracle Subscription Management and CPQ
  • Must have 10+ years of experience on design functional solutions on Singleview along with documentation for deliverables part of major/minor releases
  • Manage incidents and resolve them effectively through the Service now application.
  • Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business or related field
  • Broad IT domain experience in two or more of the following areas IT areas: Billing (Mandatory) , Singleview(Mandatory) , Account receivable, Credit and collections, Taxation
  • Five years + of hands-on Billing application knowledge and experience. Technical CRM background added advantage
  • Five years + of Business Systems Analyst experience
  • Ability to interface with business application users at all levels to ensure that proper customer requirements are captured and understood
  •   Experience implementing projects for Billing in a global environment preferred
  •  Should have Experience on Projects on Agile
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication
  • Must have hands on experience in authoring functional Design document and possess high problem solving skills.  

Preferences

  • Familiarity with general business functions. Business knowledge of telecom Billing domain preferred.
  • Problem solving and strong communication skills
  • Able to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures, grasp technical concepts, and adapt easily to change
  • Ability to multi-task, working on more than one issue simultaneously
  • Flexibility to support in other time zone, if required
