Customer Care Opportunities for our Summer 2023 Program:
We are looking for our next stellar group of interns to join our Global Customer Care & Success organizations for our 12-week global program starting in early summer 2023. This summer we will be hiring interns to join our Customer Success Management Team.
Global Customer Care and Experience (GCCX) organization is made up of several customer facing and non-customer facing functions to include Customer Success Managers (CSM). We continue to grow and evolve, and includes many change initiatives impacting processes, tools and globalization of roles and responsibilities.
The CSM position is pivotal in the delivery of services to a portfolio of Equinix customers. The CSM drives collaboration with customers and internal cross functional teams to manage requirements timely and efficiently. The CSM also owns and manages a very broad range of account and service-related customer questions, requests, and issues to resolution.
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree studies (Graduation between December 2023-September 2024)
Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between May to September, depending on your school system)
Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in English
Ability to create accurate and punctual reports, deliver presentations, and share information and ideas with others
Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and aptitude to learn new software

The targeted pay range for this position in the following locations are:
San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $25/hour to $40/hour
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
