This role is responsible for bringing structure, visibility, and consistency to complex, non-traditional programs—including site closures, End-of-Life (EOL) strategies, customer migrations, and interim workarounds.
This individual will play a critical role in defining how we operate globally, establishing scalable playbooks, and ensuring leadership has clear, actionable insight into IBX decisions and customer outcomes.

Design and implement governance frameworks across GMPO programs (closures, EOL, migrations, workarounds)
Establish and continuously improve playbooks, standards, and ways of working
Drive consistency in decision-making, documentation, and execution across regions
Facilitate governance forums, ensuring clear outcomes, accountability, and follow-through
Guide delivery and execution teams on adoption of defined processes and standards, ensuring consistent application across programs
Continuously monitor process effectiveness, identifying gaps and adjusting frameworks to improve execution, speed, and quality
Strategic Program Coordination
Provide structure and oversight for complex, cross-functional initiatives that may not fit traditional program models
Support prioritization and decision-making for IBXs under review or in transition
Partner with global and regional leaders to align on strategy and execution pathways
May directly manage high-priority or top-tier customer scenarios
Intake, Triage & Advisory
Own and operate program intake processes, including evaluation, scoping, and prioritization
Maintain centralized tracking systems and databases for all in-scope programs and IBXs
Consult with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.) on unique or complex edge cases
Ensure clarity on ownership, funding, and next steps before program activation
Executive Dashboards & Reporting
Develop and maintain global dashboards providing visibility into IBXs under review, strategic options, approved actions, and final customer dispositions
Deliver clear, concise reporting to executive leadership (RAG status, key risks, decisions required)
Translate complex program landscapes into simple, actionable insights
Qualifications
7+ years of program or project management experience, with a strong focus on governance, operations, or strategy
Proven track record of building and running governance frameworks and process-driven programs
Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment
Strong understanding of data center operations, infrastructure lifecycle (EOL), or colocation environments preferred
Experience developing dashboards, tracking systems, and executive-level reporting
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and structure loosely defined problem spaces
Key Competencies
Strategic Thinking: Able to connect individual programs to broader business objectives
Governance Leadership: Strong discipline in driving structure, clarity, and accountability
Systems Thinking: Ability to design scalable processes and operating models
Executive Communication: Distills complexity into clear, concise insights for leadership
Judgment & Influence: Confident navigating trade-offs and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Operational Excellence: Continuously refines processes based on real-world execution, driving measurable improvements
Why This Role Matters
