Responsibilities

Responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs across the Region in line with the global total rewards strategy. Engages with key stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of the HR and business strategy, priorities, and requirements, aligning reward plans and policies to attract and retain the required talents.

  • Develop the EMEA Reward agenda (building the EMEA reward strategy and owning it) in conjunction with the VP HR EMEA and VP, Total Rewards, working closely with both local and global HR teams
  • Partner with EMEA HR Leads to promote and drive best reward practices and solutions
  • Partner with global benefits, in-country HR teams and HR Shared Service on implementation of specific benefits programs/plans, ensuring a smooth transition of benefit processes from design to administration. 
  • Consult and provide EMEA feedback to global teams on vendor relationship management
  • In partnership with global benefits and compensation teams, provide consultation and support to HR teams regarding compensation and benefit programs and processes  
  • Proactively consult to HR and business team regarding best practice market insight to inform decision making, flagging risks and issues
  • Regional lead on all M&A activity, liaising with the business and relevant HR teams as required
  • Supporting and delivering the annual compensation review process in region working with the Global Reward and HR teams
  • Review global benchmarking/analysis for EMEA to ensure market competitiveness and alignment to the rewards philosophy and recommending material changes required for EMEA

Requirements

  • Exceptional business focused problem-solving skills with a strong communication and analytical skillset
  • Extensive experience of managing reward activities across the EMEA region
  • Able to build strong working relationships with teams and key stakeholders on an international basis
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives as required, demonstrating effective project management skills
  • Experience of working with a globally matrixed organisation
  • Significant experience required in a similar role
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
