Senior Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Cloud Admin

As an Oracle Cloud Admin in the Corporate Application Division, you will work on implementing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise SaaS/PaaS applications. This is a hands-on role focused on managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, supporting integrations, and ensuring reliable and secure cloud operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption, optimize performance, and support business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services including compute, storage, and networking

• Provision and manage cloud resources such as virtual machines, block/object storage, VCNs, subnets, and security components

• Implement and manage cloud networking (routing, load balancing, VPNs) and enforce security best practices (IAM, encryption, patching)

• Support integration of enterprise applications using APIs and Oracle integration tools

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of cloud services

• Automate routine tasks using scripting (Shell/Python) and optimize cloud resource utilization and costs

• Coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new releases and enhancements

• Provide production support and collaborate with internal teams (IT, Product, AMS) for issue resolution and improvements

Required Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and application support within enterprise environments

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services (compute, storage, networking, IAM, security)

• Experience with Oracle ecosystem tools such as APEX, OIC, or VBCS (any one or more)

• Good understanding of networking concepts (subnetting, routing, firewalls)

• Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Bash, or Python) and working with SQL/PL-SQL

• Experience working with APIs, web services, and integration patterns

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise applications such as **Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday

• Understanding of ITIL or service management frameworks

• Experience with automation, CI/CD tools, and version control (e.g., Git)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in large multinational or product-based organizations

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment
