We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Intermediate Payroll Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with timekeeping systems, payroll operations, and employee benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all processes.

Responsibilities

  • Administer time and attendance processes, including monitoring working hours, time bank balances, overtime, and absences.

  •  Ensure proper administration and control of employee benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health and dental plans, and other company benefits).

  • Support vacation processing and termination routines, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

  •  Knowledge of the ADP payroll system or any other electronic timekeeping system;

  • Minimum intermediate-level English required;

  • Spanish will be a differential.

  • Familiarity with Personnel Department functions is a valuable plus.
