Energy and environment specialist

Job Summary:

Supports the  compliance and  Operations by maintaining certifications through strong process  , delivery of projects/programs and develops knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Planning
  · Creates and maintain plans for  themselves or given the tasks to document in a plan for wider groups or people
  
  Stakeholder Management
  · Awareness of immediate key stakeholders, and with guidance able to identify the needs of stakeholders
  
  Communications
  · Provides personal task and progress updates within their team or project
  · The use of tools and template requires feedback from more senior colleagues which drive learning and development
  
  Risk Management
  · Is aware of risk management and his able to create document ,  present and demonstrate  an understanding of preventative action to minimize risks.
  
  Project/Program Delivery
  · Supports the delivery of projects/programs by delivering tasks required of them
  
  Resource Management (people, finances etc.)
  · Develops knowledge of Resource Management by assisting others in tracking and maintaining project resources and timesheets
  
  Communicates with customers on pre-defined milestones
   Has a strong technical knowledge of designated products/processes
   dily work and h andles escalations without close guidance from a leader/manager
   Resolves issues with autonomy togetehr with hring manager
• Already have first experience with the ISO 50001 energy management standard close guidance from leader/managerand ISO14001 environment management standard  or willing to learn it with internal support (A good technical understanding is a basic requirement for these)
• Implement and maintain action plans that lead to continuous improvement in energy-related and environment-related  performance.
• Knowledge of energy data processing. Is able to analyze, evaluate, present energy data and create appropriate energy efficiency measures.
• Planning of energy efficiency projects and monitoring of project implementation.
• Representation of the company in internal or external audits as well as contact person for official inquiries or necessary clarifications in the field of energy and environment.

Qualifications

· 5+ years experience preferred
· Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree preferred
· Electrician or mechanical diploma
