  • Coordinate and oversee external vendors and service providers, including defining scopes of work and monitoring delivery
  • Build effective working relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders who may not be familiar with technical subject matter
  • Influence outcomes through clear communication, technical guidance, and professional persuasion

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Work closely with site engineering, capacity planning, construction, and regional operations teams
  • Act as a subject matter expert for specific systems, advising and supporting colleagues on complex issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of standards, procedures, and operational practices

About You

  • Strong hands‑on experience with HVAC systems in data centres or other mission‑critical environments
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex, cross‑functional technical problems independently

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences
  • Confident advising others on technically complex or high‑impact matters
