Job Summary
Works on course and training module development projects in support of and in development of effective and engaging training course content.
Creates engaging, effective, and interactive training materials.
Conducts analysis, designs and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements.
Delivers training to employees directly or indirectly and mentors others.
Responsibilities
Training Program Management
Manages global training programs launch
Instructional Design
Works collaboratively with SME and/or stakeholders to identify the learning requirements
Guides the process to determine the best type of training needed to meet the requirements
Plans and develops the training to optimize the achievement of learning objectives
Delivers the training so that learning does take place
Evaluates the effectiveness of the training material
Training & Training Delivery
Prepares and delivers training to employees
Manages the classroom logistics directly or via Train the Trainer sessions
Coaches and mentors other trainers
Ensures that the SCORM objects are properly built, configured, and tested prior to roll out of new courses/learning resources
Project Management
Articulates the goals and objectives of the program and how it will impact the business
Maps out and defines the list of dependent projects that need to be completed to reach the overall goal
Focuses on strategy and implementation, and how to delegate the projects appropriately
Communicates and tracks program objectives
Manages the constraints of the program and provides timely status updates
Analytics
Evaluates feedback and creates course update plan
LMS Support
Supports learners on LMS content related questions
Qualifications
5+ years experience required
Bachelor's degree preferred
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 80,000 - 120,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
