Making a difference as part of a collaborative team that focuses on operation initiatives, you will be responsible for driving IT projects which will include discovery and identification of high value business gaps, creation of new system flows to support new operation business models, and improvement on existing process/systems within our day-to-day operation.
Business Requirements Analysis
Identify business gaps, evaluate process, and address key challenges through implementing either custom or off-the-shelf IT solutions.
Perform business and system analysis work, identify root cause of business challenges through data and process analysis.
Process Modeling and Design
Participates in process modeling projects by documenting requirements, process models and functional designs, using appropriate business process tools and methodologies.
Work with cross-functional and global teams to through backlog grooming activities, prioritization, and sprint planning in projects/product.
Guides cross-functional teams and stakeholders through phases of requirements definition, design, development, testing and deployment.
Gather business requirement, tracking solution implementation, and provide post production support and enhancement following agile methodology.
Work with UI & UX designers, Business stakeholders and Engineering teams to design, deliver and review product wireframes, prototypes.
Documents project deliverables in collaboration with BSAs, technical teams and business users.
Testing & Test Design
Executes functional and system integration testing as per business requirements.
Coordinates business requirements & defects clarification, triage and coordinate resolution with engineering teams.
Manages end-to-end delivery of enhancements.
Plans the delivery cycle in line with release goals.
Designs optimal systems configurations for enhancements.
Day to Day Support (Production Support)
Triages and troubleshoots first level tickets.
Provides training and guidance for recurring training issues.
Compiles operational support reporting.
Training and Change Management
Provides support in creating and maintaining materials for SME training.
Vendor & Application Technology Evaluation
Conducts analysis on vendor and application options, i.e., Magic Quadrant, as a key input to selection cycles.
Assists in building RFP documentation and selection criteria tools.
SME in business analytics, product analytics or relevant job functions.
Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Master's Degree is a Plus.
Previous experience with data-driven projects.
Previous experience with software project implementation.
Previous experience with best practices around designing dashboards, project flow, KPIs and defining business processes.
Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and managing complex initiatives.
Previous work or internship experience in construction industry is a plus.
