Job Summary

The Sales Transactions Administrator handles administrative tasks for account executives and sales representatives related to all transactional requests.

Responsibilities

Transactional Processing

  • Is recognized and respected as a senior member of the support team

  • Maintains the ability to work all transactional requests with no supervision

  • Contributes in secondary responsibilities outside of pure transactional support

  • Takes on large project work and supports all external requests related to established process

  • Secures all necessary approvals for all transactional requests

  • Maintains the highest performance as it relates to established KPI's and SLO's

  • Shows the ability and drive to become a lead within the sales support team

  • Is required to be involved in system UAT Testing as needed

Data Validation

  • Ensures that all requests are processed accurately as per the request

  • Is required to investigate data issues related to specific transactions

Service Order Validation & Configuration

  • Is recognized and respected as a senior member of the order management team

  • Maintains the ability to work with no supervision

  • Assures accuracy of sales engineering specifications as per CRD documentation

  • Maintains the ability to work all OM configuration requests from their respective queue within established SLO's

  • Contributes in secondary responsibilities outside of pure order management tasks

  • Takes on large project work and support all external requests related to established process

  • Maintains the highest performance as it relates to established KPI's and SLO's

  • Shows the ability and drive to become a lead within the order management team

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
