Serving as a key member of the Information Security team, Manager, Infosec Policy and Process Engineer works with the Director of Information Security, Risk & Compliance (SRC). As an execution-focused, high impact leader you will lead the creation and implementation of global information security policies on an automated continuous compliance platform. This position is highly collaborative one that includes the engagement of company-wide business and technology partners.
Analyze, develop and handle information security policies and process in alignment with company requirements, making recommendations and driving changes as required
Contribute to the development and implementation of a continuance compliance framework using a state-of-the-art automated GRC platform coupled with a variety of systems of record
Align policies and standards with broad portfolio of compliance obligations, in accordance with a company-wide Common Control Framework (CCF)
Identify gaps and conflicts in policy governance structure and make recommendations to address them
Shepherd policy changes through a formal governance process practiced by a Policy Approval Committee comprised of senior executive
Forge productive, influential relationships with business and technology partners across the globe
Maintain continual awareness of developments in the threat landscape, in order to accommodate new threats in policy and standards for benefitting the Secure System Development Life Cycle (SSDLC)
Develop and Define metrics to track program progress and maturity for executive leadership
Proactively seeks continuous improvement opportunities in process/policies/standards.
7+ years of experience
5+ years of broad information technology policy and governance experience for a large global organization with reliance on Cloud Computing
Experience with state-of-the-art GRC tools, including API-driven applications to a variety of systems of record. ServiceNow GRC is a major plus
Exceptional experience developing effective, pragmatic information security policy, processes and standards frameworks
Outstanding skills at building and continually strengthening relationships with teammates and partners, thereby influencing key decisions they make
Ability to bridge gaps of understanding between business and technical partners
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Practical understanding of at least two security control frameworks and associated policy requirements from the following set: ISO 27001, NIST 800 800-53, CUI/CMMC, NIST 800-82, Cloud Security Alliance Cloud Controls Matrix (CSA CCM), SOC2, PCI/DSS
A Bachelor’s degree in a computing-related field, is preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates having one or more advanced security credentials, for example, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, SSCP, CompTIA CASP, CompTIA CySA, etc.

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $98K- $132K per year with 20% bonus target.
