We are looking for a HR Tech Operations Senior Analyst to enhance and optimise our global HR systems for recruitment process. You will play an integral role in the successful implementation of the HR Technology roadmap. You will bridge process and technology solutions to enhance the overall delivery of HR programs and services that supports Equinix’s global manager and employee populations. Responsibilities

System Development

  • Understand the business needs and translates the requirements into technical/functional specifications for business process and system configuration

  • Partner with COE's to implement the technical roadmaps into the overall HR system strategy, while guiding use and optimization of HR systems to meet business needs

  • Develop prototypes to showcase solutions or provide proof of concept

System Flow Documentation

  • Develop and maintain system global process flows and documentation, managing visios and updates to the system within a diverse scope

  • Partner with IT for security set up structure, initiate and maintain security setup and role assignments for users

Project Plans

  • Manage implementation of experienced solutions

  • Create and manage project plans within a diverse scope

  • Edit and update project plans, test scripts and other related documentation as needed

System Configuration

  • Complete experienced system configuration in alignment with prioritized list of changes in the HR Systems Roadmap

  • Conduct diagnosis and resolution of defects and issues related to system specialism

  • Represent the HR Systems and their users, during the design and delivery of future projects that requires HR system configuration

  • Maintain technical skills with continuous learning on new features, modules and HR systems

Issue Resolution

  • Respond to moderately complex HR technology questions and partners with IT/vendors on issues resolution

Systems Administration

  • Perform functional systems administrator duties to maintain day to day operations of HR related systems

  • Build and generate complex HR reports & metrics

  • Lead bulk upload and mass changes ensuring data integrity

  • Monitor process and system health; regularly performs audits of processes and system access

  • Ensure that Information Security and Data Protection risks are managed, with particular attention to protecting employee data

System Testing

  • Complete functional testing of new system features and module releases; evaluates results and summarizes impacts to Equinix process

  • Complete Unit & SIT testing

  • Contribute to training plans and materials for HR, Manager and Employees regarding employee systems

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience with Workday is required.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and data flows.

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Strong project management, documentation, and analytical skills.

  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity and governance.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
