Job Summary

Drive data-driven creative optimization across B2B marketing campaigns by analyzing the correlation between creative elements and business outcomes. Partner with creative teams to implement performance insights and systematic testing strategies, with particular focus on AI-driven personalization and engagement platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, SF Engagement, and Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights Generation

  • Analyse creative performance data across all digital channels to identify patterns between creative elements (copy, visuals, CTAs, messaging) and business metrics (conversion rates, pipeline generation, cost per acquisition)

  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking creative performance metrics including click-through rates, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and downstream pipeline impact

  • Conduct statistical analysis to determine creative element significance and confidence levels in performance variations

  • Create regular creative performance reports with actionable insights for campaign optimization

  • Monitor and analyse performance of AI-driven personalization and engagement tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, SF Engagement, Data Cloud) to understand creative asset contribution to overall results

Creative Testing & Optimization

  • Design and execute comprehensive A/B and multivariate testing strategies for creative elements including headlines, ad copy, visual components, landing page elements, and call-to-actions

  • Develop testing roadmaps and prioritization frameworks based on potential impact and statistical significance requirements

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop testing hypotheses based on performance data and industry best practices

  • Manage testing calendar and ensure proper test setup, monitoring, and results interpretation

  • Create standardized creative testing protocols and documentation for consistent implementation across campaigns

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Brand & Creative team to translate data insights into actionable creative recommendations and brief requirements

  • Work closely with Paid Media team to implement creative optimizations and ensure proper tracking setup

  • Collaborate with marketing operations team to ensure proper attribution and measurement of creative impact on pipeline and revenue

  • Present findings and recommendations to marketing leadership and creative stakeholders

  • Support campaign managers with creative performance insights for ongoing optimization

Creative Performance Strategy

  • Develop creative performance benchmarks and KPI frameworks specific to B2B marketing objectives

  • Create creative asset performance scoring systems to guide future creative development

  • Identify high-performing creative patterns and develop creative playbooks for different campaign types and audience segments

  • Monitor competitive creative approaches and provide market intelligence on creative trends

  • Build predictive models to forecast creative performance and guide creative investment decisions

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science or related field

  • 3–5 years experience in digital marketing analytics, creative optimization, or marketing data analysis

  • 2+ years experience with B2B marketing campaigns and understanding of B2B buyer journey and conversion metrics

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Python/R preferred)

  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, marketing attribution tools)

  • Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms)

  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar)

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and significance testing

  • Data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms)

Marketing Knowledge

  • Understanding of creative development process and design principles

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, SF Engagement, or similar AI-driven personalization tools

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing metrics including MQL, SQL, pipeline attribution, and ROI measurement

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and lead scoring

  • Understanding of creative asset management and version control

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally

  • Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities

  • Curiosity about consumer psychology and creative effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with machine learning or AI tools for marketing optimization

  • Background in psychology, behavioral economics, or consumer research

  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Marketing Labs

  • Experience with creative asset management platforms

  • Knowledge of brand measurement and creative brand lift studies

  • Previous experience in agency or consultancy environment

The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: • San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $157,000 to $235,000 per year • California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $150,000 to $224,000 per year • Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $136,000 to $204,000 per year Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
