Job Summary 

Designs and executes enablement programs that build organizational capabilities, improve ways of working, and drive adoption of processes, tools, and methodologies. Partners with Enablement Business Partners and functional leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver scalable solutions aligned to transformation initiatives and proficiency goals. 

This role sits within the Enablement Programs team and manages programs across the full lifecycle—from discovery through implementation and sustainment—while collaborating with Enablement Business Partners for intake and prioritization and with Enablement Services for delivery execution, logistics, and vendor management. 

Success in this role requires strong ownership, initiative, and the ability to translate complex operational needs into practical solutions while validating assumptions and proactively resolving ambiguities. 

 

Responsibilities 

Intake, Discovery & Alignment 

  • Partners with Business Partners and stakeholders to assess capability gaps, operational challenges, and readiness needs 

  • Defines program objectives, success metrics, and target audiences 

  • Aligns solutions to organizational priorities and transformation initiatives 

Enablement Strategy & Proposal Development 

  • Develops enablement proposals aligned to business priorities, capability needs, and strategic learning objectives 

  • Recommends scalable approaches to build proficiency and improve effectiveness 

  • Defines program scope, target audiences, success metrics, and delivery strategy 

  • Produces detailed project plans and timelines spanning design, development, implementation, rollout, and sustainment 

  • Identifies dependencies, resource requirements, and risks 

Program Design 

  • Designs programs that build proficiency in processes, tools, methodologies, and role expectations 

  • Develops learning journeys, resources, and reinforcement plans 

  • Ensures alignment with organizational standards and related initiatives 

Program Execution 

  • Manages program plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks 

  • Coordinates cross-functional contributors 

  • Ensures readiness for rollout 

Delivery & Adoption 

  • Partners with Enablement Services for logistics, production, and delivery 

  • Supports implementation of enablement initiatives within defined scope 

  • Engages stakeholders to promote adoption and sustainment 

Communications 

  • Develops targeted communications to support program awareness and participation 

Measurement & Reporting 

  • Tracks participation, completion, and effectiveness metrics 

  • Identifies trends and improvement opportunities 

  • Provides insights to stakeholders 

Qualifications 

  • 5–7 years of experience in enablement, program management, operations, sales effectiveness, or related field 

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives 

  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills 

  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments while maintaining alignment 

  • Experience with global programs preferred 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 

This posting is a new position within our organization.

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 70,000 - 105,000 USD / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 73,000 - 109,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
